The waterfall is located at the upper reach of the Horodyliv stream (right tributary of the Rika river, Tisa river basin), at an altitude of 450 m above sea level. The waterfall consists of three major cascades and several smaller ones.
The height of the water fall in the highest cascade reaches up to 5 meters, the Vynogradiv department of the Tisa River Basin Water Resources Administration informs.
Horodyliv waterfall is located on the relatively small mountain range Tupy (other names are Khust mountains, Velyky Sholes).
Horodyliv waterfall is a hydrological nature monument of local importance (called "Horodyliv Falls").
Since the waterfall is located near the town of Khust, we recommend, after the quarantine is over, to visit not only Khust Castle, but also find time to go to the Horodyliv Falls.
It is worth it. For now, take care of yourself – Stay home!
