One of the educational institutions of Uzhgorod can be named after the Krasne Pole Heroes

This was reported by the Department of Education and Science of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.

"In order to honor the Krasne Pole Heroes, to popularize the prominent event in the history of Ukraine, promote patriotism among children and young people using the heroic examples of the struggle for Ukraine’s independence, the proposal for the naming of the Transcarpathian regional lyceum – boarding school with enhanced military and physical training of the Transcarpathian Regional Council after the Krasne Pole Heroes is put forwad for public discussion.

This issue was raised in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On naming legal persons and property after individuals, anniversary and holiday dates, titles and dates of historical events" by the labor collective of the educational institution (minutes of the meeting of the labor collective of the Transcarpathian regional lyceum – boarding school with enhanced military and physical training dated February 13, 2018).

Proposals and comments on the naming of the Transcarpathian regional lyceum – boarding school with enhanced military and physical training of the Transcarpathian Regional Council after the Krasne Pole Heroes are to be sent by April 27, 2018 at the following e-mail address: depon@carpathia.gov.ua".
