Once, those were stairs… (Photofact)

The stairs leading to the Uzh river bank now look like that. Near Olbracht street, the path to the river is littered with debris, and, judging by the smell, has been turned into a public restroom.

The relevant photo was published in the group "Uzhgorod" on facebook by Oleksandr Sikura.

"Who has not yet seen this, pardon, "Public restroom" at the end of Olbracht street, almost in the heart of the city?! When will the utilities get there? Is it so difficult to clean up this place? And it once was a nice access to the river!" – Mr. Oleksandr says.
