Once again, half of Uzhgorod is without water supply, and once again without prior notice

Lately, water supply in the left bank part of Uzhgorod gets interrupted almost every day. And the warning about today’s intrruption was posted on the page of Uzhgorod city council 40 minutes ago, so, of course, people did not have enough time to stock up water.

The emergency service at the City Hall say that the notification was posted on the site of the Vodokanal, as if anybody follows that site.

It is unknown why they would not warn residents in advance.

Here is the message. "Employees of Uzhgorod Vodokanal are carrying out emergency repair works near the house №35 on Dekabrysty street and had to reduce the supply pressure from the "Mynai" water intake. Because of that, there will be outages of water supply in the entire left-bank and some of the right-bank part of Uzhgorod."
