The International Children’s Day in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic will be celebrated in a special way: on May 31, only children will be performing on the main stage of the region. Those will be young organists, students of Uzhgorod Children’s Music School Anastasia Grinevich, Anastasia Guzinets, Oleksandr Antalovtsy, Veronika Hazho, Svyatoslava-Ivanna Kovtik (Katerina Hazho) and Alina Deket (piano, teacher Olena Yurosh).
The youngest of the participants, Veronika, is only eight years old. The young performers will present to the audience a concert of the Baroque period organ music. The host of the concert, musicologist Natalia Pitsur will be assissted by her six-year daughter Emilia. This is not the first concert from the new project of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic under the slogan "Children for children". But, on the brink of long-awaited summer school holidays and on the occasion of the main children’s holiday, this event becomes particularly relevant.
So, we sincerely invite both adults and children to our concert hall. The beginning is at 18.00.
