On October 14, a concert on the occasion of the Day of the Defender of Ukraine will take place in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. Honored Artist of Ukraine Oleksandr Sadvari (tenor), Marina Lavra (soprano), the ensemble "Zakarpatski Vizerunky" consisting of a vocal duet of Tetyana and Serhiy Rakhovsky and a dance group will present their performances. The highlight of the program will be the bright and unique choreographic numbers from the members of the Eastern Dance Studio "Ahat". The host is Olga Donetska.
During the concert, volunteers will be collecting money for the needs of the defenders of Ukraine in the zone of the special operation. The beginning is at 17.00.
On the occasion of this great state holiday, other events will be held in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. In particular, on October 11, at 13.00, a concert for students will be held. And the brass band of the Philharmonic will take part in the official celebrations that will take place in Uzhgorod on the holiday.
