On the border with Romania, a truck driver demanded to let him across the border out of turn

Reports on administrative offenses under Articles 185.1 and 122 of the CAO were drawn up against a citizen of Ukraine for an attempt to enter the territory of the checkpoint out of turn. 

Thus, yesterday, border guards of the Mukachevo Detachment detected an offense committed by a 54-year-old Ukrainian citizen who intended to cross the border at the checkpoint "Dyakovo". Heading to Romania by a truck Iveco, the man drove past the other road users and attempted to enter the checkpoint out of turn. The man reacted to the legitimate demands of the border guards with disorderly conduct and foul language.  

Police officers were called at the scene of the offense.  

The man was brought to administrative responsibility under Art. 122 of the CAO for violation of traffic rules. In addition, for malicious disobedience to the legal demands of border guards, a report on administrative offenses under Art. 185-10 of the CAO was drawn up against the Ukrainian, the case was sent to court.
