Yesterday, late at night, border guards of the department "Vylok" of the Mukachevo Detachment noticed an unknown person who was moving toward the border, the press service of the Mukachevo border guard detachment informed.
Seeing the border guards, the offender ran away, leaving behind a large sports bag. The bag, which the unknown man left near the border, contained tobacco products. The fugitive probably was attempting to deliver the cigarettes to neighboring Hungary, but border guards did not allow him to do it.
Fleeing from border guards, the unknown left a bag with nearly 1,000 packs of cigarettes.
290 packs of "Bond" and 700 packs of "LD silver" with Ukrainian excise stamps were delivered to the Department of Border Guard Service "Vylok."
