On the banks of the Tisa, border guards detained a 17-year-old diver

A 17-year-old boy was detained today at about 3 o’clock in the morning by the border guards of the "Dilove" department of the Mukachevo detachment. While patroling the Ukrainian-Romanian section of the border along the Tisa River, the border guards noticed an unknown person on the bank.

Ignoring the lawful orders of the border guards, the offender tried to escape. In order to stop the offense, the border guards made a warning shot, after which the offender was detained 20 meters from the border. 

   To establish all the circumstances of the offense and to draw up reports of administrative violation under Part 1 of Art.204-1 of the CAO, the detainee was taken to the department of Border Guard Service. The materials were forwarded to the court.
