In Uzhgorod, there will be an event dedicated to the World Kite Day celebrated on the second Sunday of October. To participate in the event, one must make their own kite in patriotic colors. The event "I am a patriot" will be held in Uzhgorod, on Sunday, October 11 at 13:00, on Teatralna Square.
