On Sunday, June 9, the first festival "Dovzhanska Fira" will be held. It will be held in Dovhe, and simultaneously they will celebrate 630 years since the first written mention of this village in Irshava district.
"The concert on the big stage will be attended by local folk groups, amateur and professional artists, comedians, singer and songwriter Tetyana Kuzan, young and promising future Ukrainian stars Nadiya Chyipesh and Alina Polyak, audience favorite folk group "Svizha kopiyka" and People’s Artist of Ukraine Anatoliy Matviychuk.
The program also includes: karaoke, competitions, entertainment, prizes, surprises, fireworks, dancing and lots of interesting things" – the facebook page of the festival announced.
The festival is intended to support those people in the Borzhava valley who keep horses and work with them in their native land, and is the first festival in Transcarpathia that aims to honor the horse breeders.
