Last night, August 12, on Shvabska street, a recently poured foundation appeared.

Before that, there was a free space in that area, sometimes cars parked there.

On the perimeter, the area inside the foundation takes a few square meters. Apparently, another kiosk will appear on the foundation.

There is no information panel explaining who and why has poured concrete on the open asphalt. It is unknown whether local authorities have authorized the construction of another kisk on the main street of Uzhgorod
