In October about 200 needy Uzhgorod residents were provided with free electric heating – the Mayor of the regional center Victor Pogorelov announced today, October 25, during a briefing. But there more of those who wish to receive the city government aid, because every month about 30 Uzhgorod residents appeal for the same to the persons in charge.
Regarding subsidies, the mayor assured: people will be receiving them according to the regulations. This Wednesday the executive committee plans to allow the poor to use subsidies starting from November 1.
