On the 1st January, at 3.40, a man was delivered to the emergency department of Svalyava Central District Hospital and diagnosed with a closed head injury, brain contusion, severe alcohol intoxication. After the examination, he was hospitalized in the casualty department of the hospital.
The investigative team found out that about 3.00 in the morning, citizen E.S., while being drunk, fell from the third floor balcony of his apartment, which caused the above mentioned injuries.
