On Monday, October 22, the heating season will officially start in Uzhgorod. The corresponding order was signed today by the Deputy Mayor of Uzhgorod, Igor Fartushok. Managers of educational, culture and other public sector institutions of the city are recommended to provide heat supply if temperature drops below the norm.
