On Hrushevsky street, a 33-year-old Uzhgorod resident was beaten

Yesterday at 16:00, an ambulance delivered to Uzhgorod City Hospital a 33-year-old unemployed resident of Uzhgorod, who lives on Kapushanska street, with open head injuries, bruises of the brain, skull and maxilla fractures with displacement. The guy was beaten by an unidentified man at the intersection of Hrushevsky-Zankovetska streets. He refused to write a statement and give an explanation on this fact under Article 63 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
