Today Oleksiy Petrov introduced the new deputy Vitaliy Tsvigun.
He will oversee the economic, infrastructure and environmental issues.
Vitaliy Tsvigun graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade with a master’s degree in international law. He received a master’s degree in organizational management from the State University of Economics and Technology of Transport.
For about 10 years he worked in the area of procurement at the "Ukrzaliznytsya" JSC. For more than a year he worked as the head of the branch "Production Support Center" of the "Ukrzaliznytsya" PJSC. Prior to that, he participated in the development of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement" and full support of the launch of the "ProZorro" system from a pilot project to the state system of public e-procurement. Later he worked as th director of the special exporters division at the Ukroboronprom.
He worked as an advisor and assistant to the Ministers of Economic Development and Trade, Health, Youth and Sports.
Representative of the state in the supervisory board of the "Prozorro. Sales".
