Oleksiy Petrov met with the Consul General of Hungary

Oleksiy Petrov held the first official international meeting with the Consul General of Hungary in Uzhgorod. At the meeting in the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration they discussed the opening of checkpoints, repair of existing ones, introduction of electronic queue

The implementation of joint Ukrainian-Hungarian projects, which are under the personal control of the President of Ukraine, was discussed with Jozsef Buhajla.

In particular:

➡ Commencement of the waste sorting plant in the village of Yanoshi.

➡ The opening of joint checkpoints was also discussed.

➡ Operation and repair of the bridge at the checkpoint "Tisa".

➡ Commencement of electronic queue. For it to function effectively, it is necessary to synchronize the work of the Ukrainian and Hungarian sides at the checkpoint.

➡ Regulation of the queue at the entrance to the checkpoint. Police involvement.

➡ Construction of the bypass road near the city of Beregovo.

The parties also agreed to set up a joint Ukrainian-Hungarian working group to address these issues.
