Oleksandr Babak brought to Uzhgorod “explosive” paintings (PHOTOS)

After the exhibition of paintings by Anatoly Kryvolap, the opening of which aroused great interest, Oleksandr Babak exhibited his paintings in the hall of the Transcarpathian Art Museum.

He is a Ukrainian artist, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (since 1988). Awarded with the Order "For Merit" of the third degree.

The artist opened a retrospective exhibition of his own paintings. The interval between the oldest and the most recent one, he says, is more than 10 years. The newly opened exhibition is a kind of journey from the Crimea to Uzhgorod. Francisk Erfan – the Director of the Transcarpathian Art Museum – called the exhibition "explosive" (apparently, because of colors), he describes Oleksandr Babak’s art as clean and unique.

And we would like to add that such exhibitions of artists from the capital are very important and necessary for the audience in the regional center of Transcarpathia.
