Oksana Zabuzhko will visit Transcarpathia

The writer will speak at the twelfth ArtFest "March Cats" and on March 26-27 will visit Uzhgorod, Mukachevo and Beregovo.

– The XII ArtFest "March Cats" once again will take place in cooperation with the Foundation of Regional Initiatives, and this year will be joined by "Sound of Poetry", the literary club "Reading together", Nomen. And, of course, the traditional partners Transcarpathian Regional Scientific Library, the publication Varosh, the regional department of culture, Beregovo city departments of culture and education and others. It is nice that this year UzhNU will be back too. In addition to usual readings and art exhibition, the highlight of the XII festival will be the visit of Oksana Zabuzhko. "Rotonda" invited Oksana Zabuzhko to our festival long time ago, and the stars have finally aligned and she will visit Transcarpathia. Also, there will be an interesting meeting with the artist Rostislav Luzhetsky "Shadow of the past: how totalitarian space affects the present." We wish you pleasant experience at all the presentations and workshops of the festival. Spring is coming – the organizers inform.
