Officially! Colonel Andriy Rubel headed the Transcarpathian police

The deputy head of the National Police of Ukraine, General Igor Klymenko, introduced to the personnel the new head of the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region. It is police colonel Andriy Rubel, who previously worked at the internal security service of the National Police.

Today, July 19, the Deputy Head of the National Police of Ukraine, General Igor Klymenko, introduced the new head of the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region. 
By the order of the head of the National Police of Ukraine of July 18, 2019, the Police Colonel Andriy Rubel was appointed the chief of the Police of Transcarpathia. 
The Police Colonel Rubel Andriy was born in 1983, previously he worked as the first deputy chief of the Department of Internal Security of the National Police of Ukraine. 

According to the general Igor Klymenko, the personnel changes were initiated by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police of Ukraine in order to reinforce the leadership of the Transcarpathian police.
The former head of the Transcarpathian regional police, Colonel Roman Stefanyshyn is currently on seak leave.
