According to the publication "Karpatskij Objektiv", officers of the Department for Combating Organised Crime served the Mayor of Uzhgorod Victor Pogorelov the report on corruption drawn up against him.

According to reliable sources, the mayor refused to take the report and the document was handed to him in the presence of witnesses.
