October at the Chop Customs: 93.4% of electronic customs declarations

In total, in October 2014, 14,922 customs declarations were issued at the ​​Chop Customs. 13,938 of them were issued using the electronic declaration procedure for customs declarations on a blank of the single administrative document.

 – On average, in 2014, the use of electronic declaration is 92%, we note its increase by 6% compared to the last year – the experts of the customs office informed.

In total, this month, 223 subjects of foreign economic activity have made use of the electronic customs declaration procedure. Compared to the same period in the last year, the number of businesses, that enjoyed the advantages and convenience of the declaration using modern technology, has increased by 30.

The customs office conduct an awareness campaign among economic operators regarding the benefits of electronic declaration and, if necessary, provide all necessary practical support.
