On Thursday, September 20, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksandr Ledyda held a meeting regarding problems with the construction of bypass roads in the village of Rakoshyno in Mukachevo district and in the city of Beregovo. The meeting was attended by the deputy head of the regional administration, Mykhailo Popovich, Head of the Road Service Vasyl Markovich, regional prosecutor Anatoly Petrunya, representatives of local authorities, representatives of the State Land Committee.
The detour around Rakoshyno will be 4.7 km, and the detour around Beregovo will be 14.8 km.Now one of the most urgent issues is the problem of land allocation for construction of roads. According to Vasyl Markovich, in Rakoshyno more than a hundred villagers today own the land through which the future the road must pass. In Beregovo the issue on three dozen of land lots within the city limits remains unresolved. The road service plans to buy all of the above land from the owners. To do this, people need to make acts of land ownership. So far not all of them have the required documents. And construction works can be commenced only if all the required documents are available.
To speed up the solution of all the problems associated with the construction of the aforementioned bypass roads, Oleksandr Ledyda ordered to create a special commission with the participation of specialists from the regional offices. The commission will be headed by the deputy head of the region Mykhailo Popovich.
