Citizens and guests of the regional center have a reason for euphoria. The reason is the coming of spring. And although the city is looking forward mostly to pink sakura flowers (and even preparing for Sakura Fest and conducting the campaign #save_sakuras), there are many other reasons to enjoy nature and thank landscapers and flowers.
