Not appealable: Supreme Court of Ukraine has finally ruled to leave the “Kirpichka” to Uzhgorod community

Today, the Supreme Court of Ukraine, having considered the cassation appeal of the "Uzhgorod-market" LLC, ruled to leave the decision of the first and appellate courts unchanged, the legal division of the municipal economy department of Uzhgorod city council reported.
The highest court considered the cassation appeal of the company to the Uzhgorod City Council against the decision of the Western Economic Court of Appeal, which upheld the decision of the Economic Court of Transcarpathian region, which denied in the renewal of the lease of the green part with a lake in the "Peremoha" Park, known as "Kirpichka" Lake.

The decision is not appealable, the "Kirpichka" belongs to the community of the city.
