The first case of the disease was reported in the infographic of the Transcarpathian Regional Center for Public Health published in the morning of May 7.
While in yesterday’s reports, as of May 6, no patients from Mizhhirya district were listed, in today’s report on the laboratory results for the day in Mizhhirya district, one case of coronavirus was recorded.
As reported by Uzhgorod.in, the other day, a group of specialists from the region was working in Mizhhirya district to find out the reason of the district’s "immunity" to COVID-19, because Mizhhirya district until recently was the only district of the region where no patients with COVID-19 have been identified since the beginning of the epidemic.
