Next week, children’s railway in Uzhgorod will open the summer season

The locomotive will be sent to its first trip by the governor Hennadiy Moskal and the head of Lviv railway Ivan Hrunyk.

Next Monday, May 1, at 11.00, Uzhgorod children’s railway will officially open the summer season. 

Recall that Uzhgorod children’s narrow gauge railway was not operating since 2009. The grand opening of the railway took place on August 24 last year timed to the 25th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine.
