New Year gift for Defender of Ukraine. 1,742 gifts were collected in Vynogradiv district

The student charity event under this title has finished.   This event in Vynogradiv district has already become traditional, and not only students but also teachers and parents contribute to it. The solemn delivery of parcels with heartfelt greetings took place during the regional seminar of teachers – organizers in the department of education. 

It should be noted that during 12 days – the duration of the charity event – our students collected 1,742 gifts for soldiers of the ATO and the same amount of postcards that were put in each parcel, a lot of children’s drawings and handicrafts. But the most important contribution of the charity event, according to soldiers themselves, is drawings, poems and letters from children. This was stated by sergeant Vitaly Halas. 

Also, the best volunteers of six schools in Vynogradiv district received gifts for their charity work – backpacks.

Also, during the campaign, there was a voluntary fundraiser, and 5,734 hryvnia was raised.   The volunteers, in consultation with educators, decided to use them for purchase of medicines and drugs for soldiers of the ATO. And, together with the volunteers, teachers loaded the parcels that will be sent to the ATO area with heartfelt greetings.
