On June 22, the soloist of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic, People’s Artist of Ukraine Etella CHUPRYK (piano) invites her fans to the concert "Masterpieces of piano music." The program consists of the best works by Chopin, Schumann, Liszt, Rachmaninoff and Tchaikovsky. The presenter – Katerina KERECHANYN. The beginning is at 18.30.
The list of creative achievements of our outstanding compatriot is very long. Winner of the Lysenko Contest (Kyiv, 1988), the Rachmaninoff Contest (Moscow, 1990) and the Liszt International Contest (Budapest, 1991), Fellow of the Association of Richard Wagner in Bayreuth, the vice president of the Association of Ukrainian Pianists, associate professor of Lviv Music Academy. Etella Chupryk is unique in the depth of her talent and the creative range. It seems that in music there is nothing impossible for her. For he next concert season, the pianist prepares a new ambitious project – a complete cycle of sonatas by Mozart and a program of works by Hungarian composers. By the way, on June 16, our compatriot played Concerto number 4 for Piano and Orchestra by Sergei Rachmaninoff accompanied by the Academic Symphony Orchestra of Lviv Philharmonic, conductor Rainer Geld (Switzerland).
