Recently, Transcarpathia received new electrical supervisor – Victor Petrov. In March 2012 Victor Petrov was transferred from Ternopil to Transcarpathian region on the post of the first deputy general director of "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" JSC and almost a month ago, due to election of Vasyl Kovacs to the Parliament, the Supervisory Board of "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC appointed Victor Petrov to the position of the general director of the company.
– I am not going to make any drastic personnel changes in this structure because this year there have already been some optimization of the management and in business units in order to perform the tasks set before us not only by the Ministry of Energy, but by the NERC of Ukraine – said Victor Petrov on his first steps as the electrical supervisor of Transcarpathia. – Primarily I will focus on the main task – ensuring the stable operation of the power industry of Transcarpathia, enhancing the reliability and quality of electricity supply to all categories of consumers of the region, for which I have a number of pre-elaborated ideas. There are all the prerequisites for their implementation.
Reference: New CEO of "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" public joint-stock company Victor Petrov is 47 years old. He comes from Zaporizhzhya. For the last 11 years he was working as the first deputy general director of "Ternopilenergo" JSC and prior to that worked in the energy sector in his native Zaporizhzhya. He has an economist degree. He is married and has an adult son.
