New chief of staff has been appointed at the Transcarpathian RSA

Naturkach Ruslana has been appointed the chief of staff of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration – the relevant order was signed by Hennadiy Moskal, – the site of the regional state administration informs.

Reference: R.Naturkach was born in Perechyn, Transcarpathian region. Graduated from Uzhhorod State University majoring in "Jurisprudence" and Lviv Regional Institute of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, specializing in "Public Administration". Doctor of Law. She began her career as a lawyer of the Perechyn Industrial Department of the Housing Enterprise. Subsequently, she worked, in particular, as the head of the legal department of the Uzhgorod City Council, the head of the legal department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, the head of the organization department of the Uzhgorod City Council, lecturer, senior lecturer and associate professor of the Uzhgorod National University, the director of the Transcarpathia Regional Center for Retraining of Employees of State Authorities, Bodies of Local Self-Government, State Enterprises, Institutions and Organizations". From February 2016 to March 2018, she worked as the Chief of the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Transcarpathian region.
