New billboards in Uzhhorod again?

The court decided that the advertising agency "Chris" should be allowed to install billboards in Uzhgorod. This was announced at the meeting of the Executive Committee today, February 4, by the Chairman of the City Council.
He did not specify which court and judge made this decision – writes ProZahid.
According to the mayor, the issuehas been under consideration since 2002, from the time of his first term.
"In 2002, there were Chris billboards and they were registered in Mukachevo, – said V.Pohorelov. – At my first term I offered advertisers to register them accordingly. They violated the terms as billboards were shabby. I met their owners several times. Then we just terminated their permits, and in 2006 they began to plead with the City Council. "
Most billboards were removed in 2008.
Court proceedings have been lasting for 10 years. And recently court decided to authorize "Chris" to install billboards.
But this permit covers the period of 2005-2010.
This issue is included as additional to the Executive Committee’s consideration.
As a result, the issue of permits for billboards of the advertising firm did not get enough votes.
