New asphalt on the roads of Rakhiv district didn’t hold even six months (PHOTOS)

This is how the road near the village of Roztoky in Rakhiv district looks like.

"This asphalt in the village of Roztoky, Rakhiv district of Transcarpathian region, was laid by the road service in Rakhiv district in early December 2017 and disappeared faster than snow!

It seems that such asphalt laying is just laundering or stealing taxpayers’ money!" – local resident Mykola Kokish-Melnik wrote.
