Deputies of Mizhhirya district council decided to name Nehrovets secondary school after Vasyl Rosokha and to reorganize the school into Nehrovets educational complex "general education institution of I-III levels – preschool" of Mizhhirya District Council in Transcarpathian region.
The relevant petition to name the school after the fallen hero was submitted to the deputies by the student and parent committee and the board of the school.
Vasyl Rosokha was born on June 29, 1992 in the village of Nehrovets. He studied in Nehrovets school from 1998 to 2007. He was a volunteer battalion of special purpose battalion "Holy Mary". He died in February in the zone ATO during a combat mission.
