On October 22, at 04:47, the rescue service of Vynogradiv district received a report of a fire on Fizkulturna street in the village of Sasovo. A house of a 55-year-old local inhabitant was burning.
Firefighters of the 6th state fire and rescue unit of the city of Vynogradiv were sent to eliminate the fire.
Upon the arrival of the rescuers, the area of the fire was about 62 square meters. The fire covered the roof and ceiling, as well as the rooms of the residential building.
At 05:10, the fire was contained, its complete elimination took until 07:15.
The fire destroyed the roof on the area of 60 square meters and the ceiling on the area of 20 square meters, as well as household items. The body of the owner of the house was found at the scene. The circumstances of the death of the man and the cause of the fire are being established by law enforcement agencies.
