The photo was posted on his Facebook page by a former deputy of Uzhgorod City Council Rostislav Bulanov: "They are digging right now! They say that they have no permit for earthworks."
Recall the recently, near the theater, several spruce trees were felled. The City Council stated that they had not given permission for such work.
