Yesterday, about 15.00, officers of Uzhgorod city police, near administrative building of TSU, detained a 32-year-old unemployed resident of Uzhgorod, who was smoking in a prohibited location.
In the man’s back trousers pocket, there was a paper roll filled with herbal substance similar to marijuana weighing about 10 grams. The substance was seized and sent to the Forensic Research Centre at the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for investigation. The man was not detained.
