300 meters to the border with Hungary, near the checkpoint "Luzhanka", a resident of the village of Hunyady in Beregovo district with 2,338 packs of cigarettes of various brands was arrested.
The man was carrying 94 cartons of cigarettes "Bond", 46 cartons and 38 packs of "Compliment 1", 36 cartons and 40 packs of "Lifa" and 50 cartons of "Compliment 3". With this baggage, the Transcarpathian tried to cross the border line.
The violator was stopped in the territory of Mochola village council. A report of administrative detention was drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 204-1 of the CAO of Ukraine "Illegal crossing or attempting to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine." The man was taken to the Department of Border Guard Service "Luzhanka" of the Mukachevo border guard detachment.
