National Mourning Day has been declared in Ukraine

In connection with the fire in the Odesa College of Economics, Law and Hotel and Restaurant Business, which killed eight people, a day of mourning has been declared in Ukraine on December 8, the Ukrainska Pravda reported.
The Presidential Decree No. 892/2019, which was posted on the website of the President.
"In connection with the tragedy that occurred in Odesa as a result of the fire on December 4 and resulted in human casualties, in order to honor the memory of the victims, I hereby order the day of mourning to be declared in Ukraine on December 8, 2019," the decree reads.
According to the decree, on the day of mourning, throughout the territory of Ukraine, state flags on the buildings and structures of the state authorities, local self-government bodies, state-owned enterprises, institutions and organizations shall be at half-mast, entertainment and concert events shall be canceled and appropriate changes to television and radio programs shall be made.
