August 2, at 18.00, in Uzhgorod in the courtyard at Korzo street, 5, there will be the opening of the exhibition of photographs by the ceramist, photographer and graphic artist Nata Popova, a teacher of the Art College and Transcarpathian Art Institute and daughter of the famous Uzhgorod photographer Oleksiy Popov and journalist Lyudmila Popova.
This year’s exhibition is entitled "The Room." This exhibition is sure to bring a breath of fresh air in this hot season and freshen the art space. While last year, the author presented photographs depicting people and items, valuable specifically for them, ("People and objects"), this time she decided to confine within the space of a room.
Nata Popova said: "This is a continuation of the project "People and objects," which took place a year ago. This year, the project involved more than 20 people. Each picture is a small story about a person in a given limited space, revealing the image of the characters, their passions and fantasies. The opening will be attended by musicians who will be playing pieces written especially for this exhibition."
Recall that last year’s exhibition of Nata Popova was visited by a singer Yolka who was in Uzhgorod.
More atmosphere of last year’s exhibition is here.
