Yesterday, February 24, at about 11:30 am, the patrol policemen received a call about a suicide attempt on Berehivska bypass street in Mukachevo. Arriving promptly at the scene, the patrol policemen found three citizens who had stopped the man from jumping off the bridge near the road.
The patrol policemen tried to reassure the citizen until the arrival of the doctors so as not to let him commit suicide. The man was then escorted to the Mukachevo Central Hospital, where he was provided with the necessary care and referred to specialists, the Transcarpathian Patrol Police informed.
