Mukachevo firefighters eliminated a fire in a carpentry shop

On April 21, at 17:13, the Rescue Service of Transcarpathia was reported about a fire in a rented room of a carpentry shop located on Krylov street in Mukachevo. Since at that time the workers had already left home, the fire was noticed by the watchman of the enterprise.

Firefighters of the 17th, 18th and 19th State Fire and Rescue Units were immediately sent at the scene – in total 3 vehicles and 12 personnel members were engaged. But upon arrival at the scene, it was found out that the fire was of a minor degree. So, rescuers quickly localized the fire at 17:30 and at 17:45 completely eliminated it. The fire had destroyed a carpenter’s table and debris on the area of ​​4 square meters and also damaged a window.

The cause of the fire will be established by law enforcement authorities.
