The decision "On prohibition of the sale of alcohol, soft drinks, beer and tobacco products in kiosks in the city of Mukachevo" was adopted at the regular session of the City Council.
The Department of Economics was ordered to bring the decision to the notice of all business entities in the city, which trade in alcoholic, soft drinks, beer and tobacco products.
Also the entities engaged in trade from kiosks were given one month to bring their activities into compliance with this decision from the date of its entry into force.
The municipal police was instructed to take all the necessary measures provided by the legislation of Ukraine against the entities that violate the decision on the ban on the sale of alcohol, soft drinks, beer and tobacco products.
