According to the Order of the Head of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Colonel Dudarev Ruslan was appointed the chief of the Mukachevo border guard detachment.
In 2001, R Dudarev graduated from the National Academy of Border Troops of Ukraine. His officer’s career began in Simferopol border guard detachment.
Later, he has served in various positions at Azov-Black Sea and Southern regional offices of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine
Before his appointment as the chief of the Mukachevo border guard detachment, he had served as the first deputy chief of detachment – the chief of staff of Podilsk border guard detachment.
Married with two sons.
