Moskal will bring to Transcarpathia… “Afro-Ukrainians”

The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal decided to entertain countrymen in an original way.

At his invitation, the "Afro-Ukrainians" will participate in the festival "Hutsul bryndzya", – the press service of the RSA informs.
 
 The 15th festival "Hutsul bryndzya" will be held on 5-6 of September in the city of Rakhiv. At the festival, guests will be able to enjoy dozens of kinds of sheep cheese and other traditional dishes, as well as get acquainted with the traditions, crafts and art of Hutsuls.
 Special guest of the festival will be the famous band "Black Stars", which consists of "Afro-Ukrainians." The "black" group in embroidered shirts will sing Ukrainian folk songs and perform hits of the 80’s. The group will visit the festival at the personal invitation of the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal.
 In general, on the first day of the festival, organizers invite to see the works of Rakhiv district artists in the great hall of the Rakhiv district state administration, the District House of Culture gallery and Yuriy Pavlovich’s Museum of Hutsul carvings.

The program of the next day is as follows:
 8.00 – Deployment of exhibitions of craftsmen and the fair of livestock products;
 11.30 – festive procession from Bohdan Khmelnytsky street to the "Burkut" amphitheater;
 12.15 – opening of the Festival-Fair "Hutsul bryndzya", inflammation of the Polonyna bonfire;
 12.45 – review of the exhibitions of craftsmen and the fair of sheep livestock products; master classes on cooking Hutsul dishes; charity auction; weaving of a camouflage nets;
 14.00-17.00 – performances of amateur groups of Rakhiv district;
 17.00-24.00 – concert and entertainment program with the participation of Oleksandr Sadvariy, the Hutsul National Academic Song and Dance Ensemble "Hutsulia" and the group "Rock H."
         "Hutsul bryndzya" this year will be not only interesting but also beneficial, because during the festival, there will be a charity fair to raise funds for treatment and financial support of the ATO participants.
