On October 26, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal signed the decree "On measures to improve military records." District state administrations, city executive committees are tasked to ensure appropriate collation of records of village and town councils, enterprises, institutions and organizations with records of military commissariats during October – November of 2015.
Moskal also instructed to ensure conduct of inspections of military records at local executive bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations in November – December.
In November, military commissariats must ensure the conduct of trainings involving military registration personnel of enterprises, institutions, organizations, educational institutions and local authorities. Moskal proposes to impose disciplinary action on managers of enterprises, institutions, organizations, educational establishments and local authorities, that fail to ensure the conductof collations, inspections of military records.
