Moskal headed the Center for the ATO participants

The relevant order was signed by the head of the RSA on October 8. Also, the provisions of the Center were approved.  Subdivisions of the regional state administration, district state administrations were instructed to assist the Centre in carrying out its functions.
  The Transcarpathian regional center of social services for families, children and youth will provide organizational control of the Center.
 
 

The main objectives of the Centre are: ensuring interaction with executive bodies, other state agencies and local governments, public associations of war veterans and participants of the ATO, volunteer and other community organizations, volunteers, companies, institutions with respect to the treatment, rehabilitation and social protection and adaptation of the ATO participants; the collection and processing of information on the problems and needs of the ATO participants and their families; preparation of proposals for the solution of problems of the ATO participants.
