After a brief meeting, deputies from the BPP "Solidarnist" and "Vidrodzhennya" did not nominate a candidate for the chairman of the Regional Council. Hennadiy Moskal decided to save the situation and suggested to adjourn the meeting, but the proposal did not find support among the deputies – not enough votes.
According to the "Chas Zakarpattya", Moskal started insulting and shouting in the session hall. Deputies, journalists and other persons present at the session openly laughed at the head of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration, but it did not upset him.
Currently, members of the pro-presidential party, "Vidrodzhennya" and the "Oppositional bloc" left the session hall.
The list of candidates for the post of the chairman features only one name – Oleksandr Kamenyash. The Counting Commission is preparing to the voting.
