In April there observed a significant increase of the activity on the labor market in comparison with the previous months of 2012. Such a research held experts of the International Personnel Portal hh.ua.
There were placed on 47% more vacancies then in March, employers became to specify the level of wages more actively and salaries itself are indicated significantly higher according to a study in April 2012. Latest shows not only about the wages increase but the competition on the labor market (the referred salary gives the attractiveness to the announcement).
The salary level often referred in the following areas as IT/ Internet/ Telecom (26% of all the ads with the salary indication), Sales (22%), Marketing/ Advertising/ PR (12%).
The seekers activity is also increased – CV’s become more, but the correlation remains the same 1:3 (3 CV’s on one vacancy).
